Full Event Description

Celebrate 20 years of Park(ing) Day with Better Block SGF at Cider Days on Historic Walnut Street.

Park(ing) Day is a global movement that turns ordinary parking spaces into temporary places for connection, play, art, and community. This year, we’re partnering with MSU MAPS and Planning students and Drury Architecture students to transform multiple parking spaces into a people-centered public-space activation.

Come stop by, hang out, and see how a few small changes can shift the way we experience a street. It’s a chance to explore what public space can be—and imagine what comes next.
