About the Event
What if Schaible Lake Park became a better place to gather, move, relax, play, and connect?
Better Block SGF and premier sponsor Centerstone are bringing that possibility to life through a week of activations centered on wellness and community. Come experience the park in new ways—and share your ideas for what it could become.
Themed programming curated by Centerstone’s Be Well team will highlight the many ways we care for ourselves and connect with others. Activities throughout the week will include art and music, gardening and cooking, yoga and meditation, therapy animals, kids’ activities, and opportunities to meet local behavioral health teams and explore community resources.
Each day offers something different. Stop by with family, meet a neighbor, try an activity, or simply enjoy time outdoors.
Together, we’ll explore how temporary changes can help shape lasting improvements at Schaible Lake Park and along Springfield’s Medical Mile.
