About the Event
Better Block Party is Better Block SGF’s signature fundraising experience—an outdoor evening that transforms Centerstone’s Schaible Lake Park along Medical Mile into a celebration of community, creativity, and possibility.
More than a fundraiser, the party is a real-world demonstration of what public space can do. Guests will gather for chef-driven dining, live music, art, storytelling, and connection—all while experiencing a fresh vision for a more welcoming, people-centered Medical Mile.
This year’s activation includes a temporary crosswalk demonstration, supported by CoxHealth as the event’s Safety Partner. Together, we are helping show how small, visible changes can create safer, more connected places.
Join us at 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, and help make the next move possible.
